What a great year 2015 was for Post Rock/Metal, with dozens of excellent releases. So why is Earths Collide so easily standing head and shoulders above the rest? It's the songs! Parasitic, Penny For Your Thoughts and especially yodatrainschewbacca are instant classics in the genre, and the rest of the LP has not one soft spot. Emotive, THICK compositions, they do own the sky.
